The sample menu below are suggestions only for on-going personal chef clients as your menu items are created & modified to suit your taste, health/diettary restricitions, or vegetarian/vegan preferences. Please note that only the freshest & most top quality ingredients are used, and we try to use as many local/organic produce as much as possible.

Some menu items are seasonal only & menu choices are subject to change at any time. Please note for GROUPON ORDERS that all upscaled menu items are denoted with an * symbol & an addtional fee may apply. Please inquire about any possible additional menu fees.


Beef Entrées:

Beouf Bourguignon*
Classically prepared, this French dish features chunks of fork-tender beef, pearl onions, & mushrooms in rich hearty red wine sauce

Swiss Steak
Classic blend of tomatoes, onion, green bell peppers, and thin portions of sirloin steak slowly cooked creating its own tomato "gravy"

Mexican Meatloaf
Ground sirloin prepared with a hint of tomatoes, mild green chiles, and topped with mild chili sauce for a true bite

Pepper Steak
Fork tender beef strips stir-fried with red & green bell pepper strips, water chestnuts & onions in a brown Asian sauce

Beef Braciole (Italian Beef Roll Ups)
Made in traditional Italian Style. Sirloin tip beef tenderized, with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and pine nuts rolled up and braised in rich tomato sauce

Beef Enchiladas
An authentic Mexican favorite of beef, onions, with mild green chiles wrapped in corn tortillas and covered in a rich rojo (red) sauce

Classic Beef Stroganoff
Mushrooms, beef, peas, & onions in a cream sauce over egg noodles

Carne Guisada
Mexican style tender beef tips in a mild sauce with tomatoes, onions & green chiles

Stuffed Peppers
Green bell peppers stuffed with ground sirloin, rice, and onions topped with tomato sauce



Lamb & Veal Entrées:

Lamb Shanks with Caramelized Pearl Onions & Black Olives*
Chef Jackie's take on the classic Osso Buco. Braised lamb shanks in a hearty rich red wine broth, the garnished with crème fraiche & a chiffonade of fresh basil

Lamb Chops with Roasted Garlic and Cognac*
A true delicacy. Lamb chops and pearl onions that are simmered in Cognac & seasoned to perfection with thyme and roasted garlic

Tandoori Lamb Chops*
Indian inspired. The almost sweet flavor of lamb pairs beautifully with the aromatic yogurt-based Tandoori marinade. (cumin, ginger, garlic, coriander, red pepper, cinnamon, & turmeric)

Portuguese Lamb*
A combination of tomatoes, onion, bacon, chick peas, and lamb in a delectable sauce

Veal Marsala*
Tender veal sliced scalloppine style & simmered in a rich Marsala sauce

Veal Picata*
A classic. Veal simmered in a white wine sauce with a hint of lemon &capers

Veal Saltimbocca*
A real favorite. Veal stuffed with smoked mozzarella cheese, prosciutto and shallots

Traditional Osso Buco*
Veal shanks prepared the Italian way with pancetta, carrots, onions & garnished with gremolata (fresh garlic, Italian parsley, & lemon zest)

Almond Stuffed Pork Chops
Features juicy thick boneless pork chops stuffed with an apricot almond brown rice filling

Cuban Roast Pork
A boneless pork loin seasoned Cuban style that entices the palate

Apple Meatloaf
A mixture of ground pork and ground sirloin with finely diced granny smith apples & onions. Absolutley delicious!

Au Poivre Pork Medallions in Tangy Mushroom Sauce
Rosemary & peppered pork filets and baby bellas in a delectable brown sauce infused with a hint of balsamic vinegar

Caribbean Pork Roast
Roasted pork tenderloin surrounded by green peppers, and onion finished with a glaze consisting of garlic, cumin, allspice, and orange & lime juices

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
A mixture of ground pork, ground round, & white rice wrapped in cabbage leaves and simmered in tomato sauce

Italian Sauced Pork Chops
Pork filets in a delectable sweet sauce made with Amaretto Liqueur

Hawaiian Pork Roast
A dish of pork tenderloin inspired by Hawaii, with celery, onion, bell pepper & pineapple producing a sweet & tangy sauce

Pork Roast with Cider Cream Sauce

Spiced Rubbed Chicken Fingers
Breast of chicken breast strips seasoned with chili powder, garlic, & cumin, with a cilantro dipping sauce

Turkey with Feta-Tomato Sauce
Turkey breast cutlets with sun-dried tomatoes, and peppercorn feta cheese sauce

Beef with Farfalle Pasta*
Strips of beef with asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes and bow-tie shaped pasta blended in a very light tomato sauce

Baked Spaghetti
A blend of spaghetti, tomatoes, 3 different cheeses, ground sirloin & mushrooms

Turkey or Chicken Spaghetti
Your choice of chicken or turkey chunks in a light tomato sauce. A nice change from the usual thick & meaty sauce

Fideo Mexicano
Spaghetti Mexican style that is a south of the border favorite (your choice of either ground sirloin, ground turkey, chopped chicken or meatless)

Lasagna
An all-time favorite Italian dish. Your choice of mild sweet Italian sausage, ground sirloin, or ground pork, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, & onions layered with lasagna noodles with tomato sauce

Creamy Chicken Paprikash
Linguini tossed with a creamy paprika seasoned white sauce, sautéed chicken chunks, and broccoli florets
