American Personal & Private Chef
Association
I am professionally trained by the American Personal and Private
Chef Association, & have been a proud member since July 2000. The
APPCA was founded in 1995 by Candy Wallace in San Diego, California.
Currently the association has more than 1200 active chef members
across the United States.
Projections indicate there will be
more than 45,000 active Personal Chefs in the United States by the
year 2010, serving more than 3 million people annually.
